Still feeling a little self-conscious about his outburst, Hollow slowly lowered his gloves from his face. He gave the other boy a small smile and nodded in reply. “O-okay” he said before Hollow remembered about the Halloween candy incident.
Oh bats! Should he say something? He didn’t want to offend Ed, not when he had been so friendly and nice to him. It would seem rude NOT to mention it....
“Um...Ed...I..that is...I can’t,” The scarecrow started to speak when he was handed several slim plastic cases. Looking at them curiously, he turned to his head to the Christmas student. “Poison?” he questioned.
Hollow didn’t know much about ‘poison’ but he had once overheard some of the witches arguing about it back in town. Something about how quickly they worked maybe?
